Cuidad Ojeda SOS Social Centre

The SOS Social Centre, Cuidad Ojeda helps more than 200 children and their families. In particular the SOS Social Centre set up a "Open Classroom" in one of the poorest districts for children at risk aged between 7 and 13. These children have never been to school, have been abused or are responsible for caring for their younger brothers and sisters. The outcome has been that a number of these children each year enter main stream education. The SOS Social Centre follows up these orphaned and vulnerable children and their families to ensure that they have a future.

La Canada SOS Social Centre

The SOS Social Centre, La Canada helps orphaned and vulnerable children and their families in the local community. It helps more than 160 children and 110 families in the social centre and in two community homes. The SOS Social Centre works with the local community and carried out a study in the local community to establish the needs of vulnerable children and their families and how those needs can be met. The SOS Social Centre works with the local community to create a community space that will help children with their education, especially those needing extra help.

Maracay SOS Social Centre

The SOS Social Centre, Maracay helps orphaned and vulnerable children and their families in the local community. It began its work in 2003. Its focus is on strengthening the family, through the prevention of abandonment, ensuring children receive the education that is their right. The SOS Social Centre works with the local community to support vulnerable children from 44 families.
